CALEA COMPLIANT: SyTech has been the industry leader
in providing crime prevention CALEA standards capable of seamlessly
processing the J-STD-025 messages outputted from CALEA compliant
telecommunications carriers. SyTech has also developed a full, real-time
solution for Nextel intercepts, that includes Mobile to Mobile, and
Dispatch (push to talk). The ADACS currently supports Call Data Channel
(CDC) delivery via Smart Systems, Web Site technology, DCS 3000 systems,
and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). Additional sources can be
integrated in a matter of days. CALEA delivery will soon be the only
delivery method available to Law Enforcement for conducting wiretaps.
The ADACS is currently deployed at several local and national law
enforcement sites, and successfully performing CALEA digital wiretaps,
including Nextel communications. With all of its advanced capabilities,
the ADACS remains fully backwards compatible with traditional analog
wiretap methods. Accommodating change and being flexible was a key
design consideration for the ADACS.
RECEIVER INTERFACES: The ADACS is capable of interfacing
with several types of communications receivers, including the ICOM
R8500, AOR AR5000, DRT, AST, TF, and BAE-GO multi-channel receivers. The
ADACS receiver controller interface allows for the remote control of all
receiver functions including scan settings, frequency lists, and
modulation type. The recorded audio and SRI data are automatically
matched and archived by the ADACS software. The ADACS receiver interface
provides Intelligence agencies with the capability to perform remote,
unmanned collection operations with automatic data transfers to central
collection and processing centers, via SATCOM or secure landlines.
SCALEABLE ARCHITECTURE:
With the ADACS, you have a complete communications intercept solution, providing live monitoring,
recording, playback, archiving, analysis and reporting capabilities. The ADACS database allows for
the immediate access and playback of recorded audio and call record information. A report
writer/generator allows for the creation of customized reports, which can be designed to meet
each user's unique requirements. The generation of these reports can be fully automated. Built-in
analysis software provides a variety of analysis tools including link charts, frequency of calls
tables, mapping software, colored pie charts, bar graphs and more. The ADACS can even output in
real-time to other collection software systems, or post processing/reporting programs. The system
architecture is fully scalable. The ADACS can be configured on one computer, or provide connections
to more than 100 computers, via a Local Area Network. These computers can range from ruggedized,
transportable laptops, to normal desktop computers, depending on the customer's requirements.
The ADACS uses the Microsoft Windows XP or Vista operating systems, which provide a familiar and
user-friendly operating environment and allows for secure communications using Virtual Private
Networks.
ADACS4
is the Next Generation Intercept Solution. ADACS4 had taken the ADACS (Advanced Digital and
Analog Collection System) to the next level. It has been specifically designed to handle all
of your agencies intercept needs. Pen Register, Title3, Internet, Video, GPS tracking -
A COMPLETE SOLUTION.
Title 3: As it with the original ADACS, ADACS4 is a complete CALEA compliant
Title 3 Intercept System. SyTech Corporation has been the industry leader in providing CALEA
standards capable system to Law Enforcement for the Past 12 years. SyTech has developed an
elaborate wide area network to bring Law Enforcement in connection with the Service Providers
for a full Turn Key Pen/Wiretap System. Below is a screen shot of the playback screen in
the new ADACS4.
The enhanced playback screen allows for easier playback and has an interactive spectrum analyzer
to be able to locate specific parts of the captured audio. Looping and Zooming functions have been
enhanced to allow for a better experience for the monitor to listen to audio. The ability to
playback multiple audio files at one time. A complete subscriber database is integrated for the
monitor to have the subscriber open for details when the call is opened.
ADACS4 has integrated connectivity to readily available databases to give “real time” information
to the monitors. During an intercepted call, ADACS4 will take the location information provided from
the lawful intercept from the provider, query a remote cell tower database and provided an image of
the cell tower and quadrant on the screen. It will also query the intercepted associate number against
the Local Number Portability Database to provide up to date carrier information so the LEA can know
the provider of the captured associate number.
Above: Cell Tower and Quadrant images.
Imports: SyTech has included in the Title 3 system an easy to use import system for importing Toll
Records from Service Providers, as well as Subscriber Info. No file manipulation, just choose the provider
and click import. If location info is provided on the import, it can be mapped out just like above as well.
GPS Email Decoder: ADACS4 has the ability to setup a POP3 email account to accept Location Emails from
certain Service Providers. It accepts the email, decodes the Target, LAT and LONG, Degree of Uncertainty and
plots them on the map. The info is stored in the database so that it can be retrieved any time, for post and
live location info.
Live GPS Feeds: ADACS4 can accept Live GPS streams, either serially or TCP/IP and store the “Track” in the
database for live monitor, or Post Analysis. Simply query the track by date or target, and choose play and a
screen will start showing the track from beginning to end.
Subscriber Mapping Function: When targets are entered in the database, either thru import or manually,
the address is stored as a LAT and LONG so that during a call you can not only see the cell tower and quadrant
on the screen, and all of the subscribers in the area as well.
