CALEA COMPLIANT: SyTech has been the industry leader
in providing crime prevention CALEA standards capable of seamlessly
processing the J-STD-025 messages outputted from CALEA compliant
telecommunications carriers. SyTech has also developed a full, real-time
solution for Nextel intercepts, that includes Mobile to Mobile, and
Dispatch (push to talk). The ADACS currently supports Call Data Channel
(CDC) delivery via Smart Systems, Web Site technology, DCS 3000 systems,
and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). Additional sources can be
integrated in a matter of days. CALEA delivery will soon be the only
delivery method available to Law Enforcement for conducting wiretaps.
The ADACS is currently deployed at several local and national law
enforcement sites, and successfully performing CALEA digital wiretaps,
including Nextel communications. With all of its advanced capabilities,
the ADACS remains fully backwards compatible with traditional analog
wiretap methods. Accommodating change and being flexible was a key
design consideration for the ADACS.
RECEIVER INTERFACES: The ADACS is capable of interfacing
with several types of communications receivers, including the ICOM
R8500, AOR AR5000, DRT, AST, TF, and BAE-GO multi-channel receivers. The
ADACS receiver controller interface allows for the remote control of all
receiver functions including scan settings, frequency lists, and
modulation type. The recorded audio and SRI data are automatically
matched and archived by the ADACS software. The ADACS receiver interface
provides Intelligence agencies with the capability to perform remote,
unmanned collection operations with automatic data transfers to central
collection and processing centers, via SATCOM or secure landlines.
SCALEABLE ARCHITECTURE: With the ADACS, you have a complete
communications intercept solution, providing live monitoring, recording,
playback, archiving, analysis and reporting capabilities. The ADACS
database allows for the immediate access and playback of recorded audio
and call record information. A report writer/generator allows for the
creation of customized reports, which can be designed to meet each
user's unique requirements. The generation of these reports can be fully
automated. Built-in analysis software provides a variety of analysis
tools including link charts, frequency of calls tables, mapping
software, colored pie charts, bar graphs and more. The ADACS can even
output in real-time to other collection software systems, or post
processing/reporting programs. The system architecture is fully
scaleable. The ADACS can be configured on one computer, or provide
connections to more than 100 computers, via a Local Area Network. These
computers can range from ruggedized, transportable laptops, to normal
desktop computers, depending on the customer's requirements. The ADACS
uses the Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system, which provides a
familiar and user-friendly operating environment and allows for secure
communications using Virtual Private Networks.
