Company History

Mr. Luis Gil Armendariz and Mr. Jose Antonio Diaz founded Systems Engineering Technologies
(SyTech) Corporation in 1991. Mr. Armendariz serves as the Chairman of the Board and
Secretary Treasurer, Mr. Diaz is the President/Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ted Staples
serves as Vice President, Jeff Walleck as Director of Business Development, Ms.
Glynis Fairhurst as Director of Human Resources, and Mr. Wayne Bryant as Controller.
Since the founding of SyTech Corporation, the company has specialized in the surveillance,
collection, analysis and dissemination of electronic intelligence. In addition SyTech
provides interoperability systems, case management, video systems, engineering design of
telecommunications, shipboard installations, as well as professional engineering and
management services. Both Mr. Armendariz and Mr. Diaz are electronic engineers with
over 20 years of experience in the areas of Signal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare.
