gained from gained from budget and cost/benefit analyses and
return-on-investment (ROI) calculations. In this way, we help clients
reduce risk in major decisions.

clients’ desired topics then prepare detailed reports with concise executive
summaries. Through these, customers gain the data they need for effective

Systems/Technical Support:
Information Systems (IS) Management.

network (LAN) design and administration, custom database development (such
as EIMS), help-desk services, software training, and telecommunications
support for video teleconferencing (VTC) and

Desktop Publishing.
Our team of professional writers, editors, and graphic designers work
together to create top-quality documents for clients’ marketing or other
communication needs. Our projects have included design and publication of
strategic plans, annual reports, corporate histories, brochures, posters,
and other print materials.
Executive Presentation
Development. SyTech has many years of experience in developing
high-level executive briefings, particularly for government clients. With a
reputation for highly creative, multimedia work, our designers find the

Graphics designers work hand-in-hand with technical developers to create

Support:
Program Management.
SyTech personnel help customers manage complex government programs,
providing procurement planning and acquisition management support for
upgrade and sustainment initiatives. We help clients manage their
documentation, plan and manage specific projects, and seek management “best
practices” through multiple forms of analysis.
Acquisition Management.
Our skilled program managers also have extensive experience supporting
the unique needs of procurement and contract-management organizations. Our
capabilities include taking part in planning activities and management
reviews, development of necessary documentation, and analysis of contractor
data.
Financial Management.
We support clients in the development of program budgets through all phases
of the Defense Dept.’s Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS).
This includes preparation and development of required documents such as the
Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and POM Review (PR). Staff also develop
and monitor data on execution of funds.
Administrative Support:
Conference/Meeting
Coordination. SyTech provides professional conference
coordination and logistical support. This includes onsite
administrative and technical support for teleconferencing and computers.
Our staff also handles any catering arrangements.
Operations Support. SyTech serves as the catalyst and
the central point of contact for clients day to day operations, ensuring
timely and effective completion of all activities. Our personnel are skilled
in analyzing customers' needs and synthesizing their requirements data. Out
of this analysis, we help clients develop and implement the most effective
policies, controls, and operating procedures.
